This practice was created for my visit back to Chicago (those who joined in person received a hard copy of this sequence). It has a lot of nuances to it, see if you can navigate your way through, and ask me questions in the comments.
Props needed :
(find things to use in your home if you don’t have these, get creative!)
A strap
Two blocks
Blanket
Two jenga blocks or dominoes
A ball (lacrosse ball, tennis ball, crystal ball, or an egg!!!!)
Have fun and ask questions.
